VP of Client relations overseeing the team that makes our service extraordinary.
Karen rules over the “no-man’s land” known in the financial services industry as “the back office.” If accounts open or close, money moves in, out, or laterally between accounts, assets transfer to PARAGON, titles or beneficiaries change, taxes are withheld… literally anything that has to do with the nuts and bolts of our client service operations - Karen knows about it.
She is our primary interface with Fidelity, and oversees our reception, communications, and the myriad of workflows that comprise PARAGON's robust service infrastructure.
Karen uses her own experience as a former business owner and successful entrepreneur to provide support and ideas to the PARAGON team. Often referred to as the “Office Mom,” she takes pride in taking a personal interest in each and every client.
As a Navy brat, Karen calls Jacksonville her hometown, since its where she’s lived the longest. She has also lived in Ethiopia, Italy and several cities along the east coast of the United States. She is an active member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and is involved in various ministries. Karen is the past President of the Council of Catholic Women, supports the Mandarin Food Bank, and has lent her artistic talents to various buildings around the St. Joseph’s campus.
Karen and her husband Jack have two sons and a yellow lab named Cooper. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and cooking.
